>do you dream?

I haven't, not lately at least, BUT a few months back, after experiencing some heavy shit under psychodelics, I started to have recurring nightmares where my hands would rot and twist into ugly fokin shapes

It happened at least 20 times, and I would usually never be able to wake up; I would go directly onto the next dream, which I always ended up confusing with reality

The nightmares usually started with me doing something mundane, like, walking around my room, when suddenly, I would notice something weird, like being able to see with my eyes closed. Afterwards, yeah, my hands would do all of the things mentioned above

Its an awful experience, but im really glad that I haven't had to deal with anything of the sort for a good while now

>I would go directly onto the next dream
this is something that happens to me all the time

ive explained it to people before and i dont think everyone gets this. personally i probably have anywhere from like 2-6 dreams a night sometimes… i usually dont remember them, sometimes i can remember the transition period between two seperate dreams, that "moving" between dreams can often push me into lucidity.

>The nightmares usually started with me doing something mundane, like, walking around my room, when suddenly, I would notice something weird, like being able to see with my eyes closed.

when i was a kid i read somewhere you can train yourself to realize you are in a dream. the method i used was every time i walked in my bedroom i would pick something up to check if there was a "big red button" under it - it sounds weird but it works. but you have to do it every single time you enter your room etc. and when you dont see the "big red button" you think "ok. im not dreaming"

i kept doing that and one day eventually i picked something up and bam. big red button. i was dreaming and instantly realized it - as soon as that happened i had full control of my dream. its an interesting experiment to try especially if you want to gain better control over your dreams IMO

lately i've been dreaming of a forest, and some nearby areas, interestingly my "dream world" seems to be pretty consistent, i often visit the same locations… it's kinda weird tbh i don't think i've ever had a consistent dream world like this

Most of my dreams consist of spaces with fewer people or animals. I remember one dream I would inhabit for maybe a summer took place in a ruinous but mostly intact industrial building.

It had an ambiance kind of like Sevastopol from Alien: Isolation, but on earth. There never seemed to be an exterior. One area i spent a lot of time in was a loading dock area. It consisted of a long, wide concrete hallway with Sevastopol lighting, and on one half the floor ramped down to a lower part at a shallow angle. There seemed to be some kind of doors on that side of the building which i sorta feel like faced south.

There was tatters and trash everywhere. There was an entrance on the east end of the hallway to some other building, but I don't know where the lower part led. The hallway continued to the west, and larger hallways or doorways in some cases lined the northern wall of the area, they seem built for transporting large containers, or smaller and obviously for pedestrian traffic or maybe like a power jack/pallet jack.

There *is* an exterior, but i never found a way to get to it from inside the first building. I can kinda remember a few things that happened there, but it was a really long time ago and this was probably a summer's worth of dreams.

I also have hypo and hypnapompic imagery, but i can still have regular dreams too

I used to smoke hash every day for a few years.
But have not used it more than a few times for the past 10 years.

At the end of my cannabis use, I used to eat it instead.
I heated hash in an oven for 10 minutes on low heat and just ate it with a bit of fat.
Decarboxylation of cannabis have perfect conditions of heat and duration so look that up before doing it or you destroy most of the product in the process.

The onset is very slow, it can be nothing for 1-3 hours and I often questioned if this shit will work at all, but once you feel it coming it's great, it increases for a few hours and the peak last for several hours instead of minutes.
And the comedown is also slow and comfortable.

I never smoked and ate at the same time but I can imagine smoking a big cock during the first hours for the 'brick in the head' effect could be a good head start for the slow edible dose.

>Decarboxylation
This is the way.
You can get portable dry-herb vaporizers that decarb your weed for you.
That way you can vape, get stoned, then use the byproduct to add to food later, using 100 percent of the plant matter.
>…but I can imagine smoking a big cock during the first hours…
ERM, YOU CAN IMAGINE WHAT????

A big glass cock, so long that I can barley reach the rush hole with my thumb, and girth as a double stacked hamburger, so my mouth barley can hold the cock airtight for the deep inhale.

Only big cocks. Only glass cocks. Only big hits from the cock. Only cock cock cock.
If you are gay you will not understand because all you thing about is cock.

I found my old notes.
This is one method that is very close to the sweet spot for maximum yield and decarboxylation.
105 C / 221 F for 60 minutes.
With this method you can dose very accurate, especially if you use hash or other concentrate.

Follow dosage for industry made edibles, or you might get extremely stoned.
I see some people online saying they do 1 gram hash at a time, yeah maybe.. but then they destroyed most of the cannabinoids in the process of their decarboxylation or they did an inferior decarboxylation with low yield.
Dosage for non regular smokers start in low milligrams if it's decarboxylated correctly.
10-80mg

>If you are gay you will not understand because all you thing about is cock.
Understood.
>Do you smoke and eat like that a lot? How much edibles do you get out of it? Seems like a decent combo of more healthy use; vaping and eating.
I usually just do live rosin carts from a weed pen now. Not so long ago, though, I used what was essentially a portable volcano.
I'd decarb bowl packs, then collect the spent flower. Maybe similar to how some people collect kief? I guess the amount of potential edibles correlates with how much decarb'd weed you'd have saved up.
Eating weed > smoking it btw…

Haven't smoked roll-ups in a minute, but I recall liking Bali Shag quite a bit.
Anything but Top or Bugler…
Smoked these quite a bit in uni and almost certainly have shit growing on my lungs as a result.

I've used emmett miller and steven halpern's "letting go of stress" as a "self-hypnosis" that I do regularly, usually one or two times a day, on and off for maybe 7 years. It's a regular use thing if it's to work and right now I'm in the swing of using it again.

The concept of guided imagery is related as a way to visually focus on the factors that this meditation series includes. I also want to start practicing belly breathing, or using my diaphragm to aid breathing as I was once a pack a day smoker and this can help breathing in some ways I've read that I'm not sure about. Additionally, progressive muscle relaxation is helpful. I would say it can help put my mind in sync with my body, though I'm not sure how this idea would technically be put in my case. I guess it helps me be less influenced by knee-jerk reaction, leading to a less effortful, forceful sort of experience

Finally, I'll share a series or two I've enjoyed at other times:

Freebird meditations
Dr Linda Bolle
Dr steven frucht
There's lots of this stuff on youtube. The psychologist who shared the first production I listed said it doesn't work for everyone

Cool recommendations. To add to your thing about self-hypnosis Dave Elman's "Hypnotherapy" is a great introduction to hypnosis for anyone interested. Guy made it for the medical world but it's just a really good introduction to what hypnosis is, how it works, and simple techniques for anyone interested.

In regards to belly breathing and progressive muscle relaxation I'd recommend Robert Bruce's book "Energy Work". Has lots of exercises on working with your body's energy and can boost any spiritual practices or your body's general health by a good margin. Quick, simple exercises and you can just read a bit each day to try and implement exercises. You'd probably want to use it to aid any breathwork you do.

Regarding breathwork you could try "Science of Breath" by yogi Ramacharaka
Easy read that takes an afternoon, talks about full breaths and the various, poorer ways people may breathe.
