I haven't, not lately at least, BUT a few months back, after experiencing some heavy shit under psychodelics, I started to have recurring nightmares where my hands would rot and twist into ugly fokin shapes

It happened at least 20 times, and I would usually never be able to wake up; I would go directly onto the next dream, which I always ended up confusing with reality

The nightmares usually started with me doing something mundane, like, walking around my room, when suddenly, I would notice something weird, like being able to see with my eyes closed. Afterwards, yeah, my hands would do all of the things mentioned above


Its an awful experience, but im really glad that I haven't had to deal with anything of the sort for a good while now

ive explained it to people before and i dont think everyone gets this. personally i probably have anywhere from like 2-6 dreams a night sometimes… i usually dont remember them, sometimes i can remember the transition period between two seperate dreams, that "moving" between dreams can often push me into lucidity.

when i was a kid i read somewhere you can train yourself to realize you are in a dream. the method i used was every time i walked in my bedroom i would pick something up to check if there was a "big red button" under it - it sounds weird but it works. but you have to do it every single time you enter your room etc. and when you dont see the "big red button" you think "ok. im not dreaming"

i kept doing that and one day eventually i picked something up and bam. big red button. i was dreaming and instantly realized it - as soon as that happened i had full control of my dream. its an interesting experiment to try especially if you want to gain better control over your dreams IMO

lately i've been dreaming of a forest, and some nearby areas, interestingly my "dream world" seems to be pretty consistent, i often visit the same locations… it's kinda weird tbh i don't think i've ever had a consistent dream world like this

Most of my dreams consist of spaces with fewer people or animals. I remember one dream I would inhabit for maybe a summer took place in a ruinous but mostly intact industrial building.

It had an ambiance kind of like Sevastopol from Alien: Isolation, but on earth. There never seemed to be an exterior. One area i spent a lot of time in was a loading dock area. It consisted of a long, wide concrete hallway with Sevastopol lighting, and on one half the floor ramped down to a lower part at a shallow angle. There seemed to be some kind of doors on that side of the building which i sorta feel like faced south.

There was tatters and trash everywhere. There was an entrance on the east end of the hallway to some other building, but I don't know where the lower part led. The hallway continued to the west, and larger hallways or doorways in some cases lined the northern wall of the area, they seem built for transporting large containers, or smaller and obviously for pedestrian traffic or maybe like a power jack/pallet jack.

There *is* an exterior, but i never found a way to get to it from inside the first building. I can kinda remember a few things that happened there, but it was a really long time ago and this was probably a summer's worth of dreams.

I also have hypo and hypnapompic imagery, but i can still have regular dreams too

i don't dream, and if i dream, i can't remember
