migrated the site to our new and improved vichan fork and a new server

benefits of our new and improved fork:
> live typing indicators
> live thread updates
> preview pane while composing posts
> edit bar to insert formatting codes
> zero jquery dependency
> refactored vichan core to php8.5
> better integrated with 0xfdb services API
> tons of legacy code removed
> much faster rebuilds

<will you open source it?

theres also a "sites" button on the embed input label in the post form now that lists all the sites we support links for

you can click this new settings button up here to start "tv mode" or "radio mode" or both at the same time

this allows you to watch our live tv or listen to our live radio while browsing the site in the same tab
